How do I top up my wallet?

We've made it easier for you to plan your spend on pet care. Simply top up your wallet balance and we'll use this to pay your carer. 

You can top up via the 'My wallet' tab. If you haven't already you'll need to add your card details by hitting the 'Update your card' button on the right.

Enter your card details - the 16 digits on the front, expiry date, and the CVC code on the signature strip. Double check the numbers you have entered are correct and click 'Submit'.

If you top up certain amounts, we'll give you extra spend on pet care because we're nice like that. The more you top up, the more you'll save!

Please note, if you wish to withdraw funds from your Tailster wallet you'll lose your top up bonus and a 5% admin fee will apply.
