How do I pause a booking?

If your pet care has been put on hold for a while, you can pause your booking via the bookings page.

Once you've selected the booking you wish to pause, hit the 'pause or cancel your booking' button. 

We'll then give you the opportunity to add some additional notes - it's a good idea to pop in the date when care will be recommencing, so we can update our records!

When you pause a booking we'll stop sending weekly updates, and you'll only hear from us every so often to check if your booking is still required.
