We're here to help make the process of collecting payment super simple and easy allowing pet owners to pay by card or by cash.
Unfortunately, sometimes card payments can fail for a multitude of reasons out of our control - insufficient funds on the card, expired or cancelled cards are amongst the usual reasons.
Rest assured, we've got your back and we will be in touch with the pet owner by SMS, phone and email to get this rectified and up to speed, as well as attempting to charge the card. Sometimes this can take time, but we will keep our carers up to speed with updates too.
Sometimes a nudge from the carer can also help remind the owner to log in and update their card payment details online or to call us so we can update over the phone.
