How do I reactivate a paused or cancelled booking?

If you need to reactivate a booking just head to the bookings page. Here you'll find all your current and previous bookings.

Select either paused or cancelled depending on the booking you wish to reactivate. Once you've found the booking you're looking for hit the 'Manage booking' button and then click 'Reactivate booking'. 

For paused bookings we will automatically reopen your booking for you. With cancelled bookings we'll send a request to your carer, and once they confirm the booking will be reactivated.
