How do I cancel my booking?
The first thing you need to do is inform your carer and ourselves as soon a possible when you decide to cancel your booking. You'll also need to check with your carer if they have a cancellation policy in place, they should have informed you of this before you booked.
For recurring bookings you can notify us about the cancellation via the bookings tab by selecting the relevant booking you wish to cancel. You'll then need to hit the 'pause or cancel your booking' button.
For one-off bookings please get in touch with directly at info@tailster.com
If your carer does have a cancellation fee in place, we will deduct the fee and refund the remaining balance back to your Tailster wallet. You can then request for this balance to be returned back to your payment card free of charge, if you wish.
If your carer does not have a cancellation fee in place, a full refund will be applied and automatically returned to your Tailster wallet. If you would like this refund to be returned back to your payment card a 5% admin fee will apply.
Please note the 5% admin fee will be applicable on bookings made after 18th March 2021.
