How do I leave a review for my carer?

Firstly, log in to your Tailster account and click on the bookings tab – you’ll find this in the menu bar at the top.

 If you would like to leave a review for an ongoing booking then you will find this under ‘live’ bookings. If it’s a one-off booking, you will find this under ‘completed’.

 Click on the specific booking you would like to leave a review for and select the ‘leave a review’ button. You can then rate your overall satisfaction and add a comment! 

 Please note you won’t be able to edit your review once it’s been submitted, and it will be visible on your carer's profile.
