Commission on cash bookings

If an owner wants to pay by cash, they can but you must notify Tailster that this is taking place by creating a cash booking.

The commission due will be charged to the carer (the commission % depending on whether the carer is a Basic or a Premium member).

For fixed date bookings, the commission will be charged to the carer when the booking has been created.

For ongoing bookings, the commission will be charged to the carer when the weekly service records are submitted. Note that if no records are submitted, commission will be charged on a weekly basis as if the care has taken place from the existing request so it is important that you submit weekly records.
