How do I get paid?
It's great that you've successfully got a booking under your belt on Tailster. In order to get paid, there's a few things you'll need to do:
- Ensure you've uploaded bank account details if you have not already.
- Request payment via service records to let us know that care has been completed. The way you do this differs depending on whether you're being paid for fixed duration bookings or being paid for ongoing bookings.
- Payments for one off bookings will be available in your wallet to withdraw after 2 working days from the date the booking has ended.
- Payment for ongoing bookings will be paid into your wallet after the service record has been submitted and we've collected the funds from the owner.
- To withdraw funds from your wallet, you'll have to submit a withdrawal request by clicking on the withdraw button.
Once funds are withdrawn from your wallet, they will fall into the next payment batch run to carers.
For Basic Members
Payment runs are made and will hit your account 20 days after withdrawal from the wallet.
For Premium Members
Premium carers are paid 7 days after withdrawal from the wallet.
