How does the Tailster Wallet work?

The Tailster Wallet is our latest feature, it makes it easier for pet owners to plan for their spend on pet care and make payments.

Top up certain amounts and we'll give you free money to spend on pet care. The more you top up, the more you'll save! 

How it works: 

1. You'll be able to top up at anytime via the "My Wallet" tab. 

2. This only works for card bookings. When the carer confirms a booking or submits the weekly service record, we'll always check to see if there is a balance in your Tailster Wallet first before charging your card for the remainder.  

3. When the funds are collected successfully, we'll sort out sending the pennies over to your carer so you don't have to do a thing.  

4. With the Wallet, you'll be able to track charges on your card as well as a full record of pet care activity payments. 

5. Finally, don't worry if you don't have enough in your balance, we'll automatically charge your card for care when the balance is zero but we highly recommend topping up in order to receive our free money to spend on pet care.
