How do I book the same carer again?

We love it when you've decided to re-book the same carer.

For ongoing bookings, there is no need to create a new booking as your carer simply fills in their weekly records and we charge your card.

For fixed date bookings though, you'll want to easily book the same carer - we've made the last few carers you've booked with visible on the dashboard here

If you've had bookings before, you'll see them on your dashboard in a view similar to this

Simply click on request a quote with the carer, pop in your requirements, and they will then provide you a quote ready for you to book.
