How do I book a carer?

In order to book in a carer, you'll have needed a quote from that carer.

You'll be able to see your quotes from carers on your pet care listing here - or even easier via the dashboard.

Press the book button and you'll be given the option of paying by card.

Note, we do not charge you, the pet owner, any additional fees to book through the site - what you see on the quote is what you pay.

When you select card payment, we will not charge your card until the carer confirms the booking on their side. 

For ongoing bookings, we won't charge your card until your carer submits weekly service records letting you know what care took place that week - we will then charge your card when these records have been submitted.

Please note when paying by card, we'll first check your wallet balance before charging your card. Any funds in your wallet will automatically be used to pay for your pet care, and if this doesn't cover the cost the remainder will be collected from your card.
