Fees for bringing your own clients onto Tailster

We've now brought the ability for you to manage your own clients on Tailster and make use of the benefits we offer.

Fees are subject to change but you will be notified if these do.

Note these fees apply to you bringing your own clients to Tailster - these fees do not apply to clients we have introduced you to and the usual fees will apply for those clients.

FREE 

No fees to bring on your clients and use all our weekly logging tools, pet care reports, service records, walk tracking and gathering reviews and logging your care - this applies only to cash bookings ie. you handle the collection of funds.

5% SERVICE FEE

If you want to let us take the hassle away of collecting card payments from clients, plus other benefits soon to arrive such as income smoothing - we will charge 5% to cover the various costs involved.

THE USUAL SERVICE FEE

For all clients we have introduced to you, the usual service fee applied to your account will be charged. You are able to use our tools to create invoices and repeat bookings with these clients but we will always calculate the usual service fee for all ongoing and repeat bookings without fail.
