Sure. We realised that a whole bunch of Tailster carers have a fair few clients outside of Tailster, and none of these loyal and lovely customers are being used to help with a carer's Tailster ranking. Now you can be rewarded for all of your clients, not just the ones you met through us.

Many of our carers are busy, and managing multiple clients outside of Tailster - managing diaries, calendars, tracking if they’ve been paid etc - it's a tough life.
