How am I kept updated on my pet whilst I’m away?

You can stay updated on your pet via the Tailster app. Here you'll get photo and walk updates throughout the care. You can also contact the carer via messages.

If you would prefer not to use the app then the photo updates and walks will also be sent via email. Alternatively, carers can also create pet care reports to keep you in the loop on your four-legged friend's activities. This is also sent straight to your email so you're always updated.
