Recurring (ongoing) bookings - Service Records
These are your bookings with clients where you are helping them with care on a regular basis - be that every day, or every week, as opposed to fixed duration bookings where dates are agreed upfront.
Every week, you are required to fill in your service records so that you can inform them of the care that took place - your client will be emailed a weekly summary and at that point, be made aware that we will be charging their card, or they will pass over cash to you if the booking is a cash booking. Funds successfully collected from the owner will be added to your carer wallet the next business day.
Recent update allows you to submit records for each booking at any day when pet care is completed for the week.
The new layout now shows you an overview and organised list of service records you’ve saved, outstanding service records that still need to be filled in and records that you’ve already submitted for that week. The view also shows your weekly total earnings before commission.
Notes to consider :-
You will not be able to submit service records for dates in the future, you will be able to save these records ready for submission when the care is complete for the week.
Notes in the records go to Tailster HQ not to the carer.
An owner can fill in their own submission or challenge your submission and this will delay payment.
If you have made a mistake and submitted incorrectly, email us with the pet name and week number and we will re-open your records to resubmit.
Sometimes payments fail when we attempt to charge the card's of owners, we will be in touch with them and rectifying this but this may cause delays in payment to you - we will keep you updated with regards to failed payments.
For cash bookings, failure to submit a weekly record will mean that we will automatically charge you the commission based on the original request by the client - it is your responsibility to complete this on time.
