Fixed duration bookings - Service records

Edited

Fixed duration bookings are typically where you are caring for a client's pets for a set duration ie 3rd April to 10th April.

When bookings are made by the owner by card, we've usually collected the payment and hold on to these funds until the end of the care period. At this point, we require the carer to log in and confirm that care has been completed by filling in their service records.

Carers can find all their fixed duration bookings here - https://www.tailster.com/service-records/fixed

How do you request payment? All you need to do is click request payment, and we'll ask for a comment on how the care went - this is visible to Tailster rather than the client.

Raising an issue is used if the care did not take place or there were issues - please note raising an issue will delay our processing as we will investigate. Do not click on raise issue if you are waiting for a response.

 After requesting payment

The status will change to processing - our finance team will be processing this and also will wait a short period of time to allow the owner to get back to us if there were issues.

If no issues are raised by the owner, payment will be available in your wallet to withdraw 48 hours after the booking has ended.
