How much commission do you take?

For Tailster Basic members - the commission taken from you as a carer is 30%.

If you are a Tailster Premium Carer subscriber - this commission drops to 10% from all bookings.

All bookings must be made through the site in order to allow us to collect the commission - failure to do so will result in the introduction fee falling due immediately.

Please note there are no fees for pet owners at all in using the service - no booking fees, no extra charges.
