What is a ‘Pro Badge’ & how do I get one?

A ‘Certified Professional’ badge is awarded to any of our carers who have professional documents relating to dog care. This could be an Animal Care Diploma, Pet first aid qualification, Boarding/Walking Licenses, clean CRB/DBS certificate, or pet care insurance. If you have any of these documents, email a picture or scanned copy to info@tailster.com and we’ll be able to add this badge to your profile.

We would recommend you send these over to us, as the badge differentiates yourself from others in the area as evidence that you are a professional - we find that those with the badge receive more responses from our dog owners versus those that do not.
