How are Tailster carers vetted?

Our approvals team are rigorous in their approach. We check a carer's contact details, ask them for any ID, lots of detail about their experience and services, and in the case of our ‘Certified Professionals’ we also must receive proof of their professional documents.

All of us here at Tailster are petlovers - if we have the slightest doubt about someone’s ability as a carer, they will not be approved. After all, it is a very personal matter leaving your best friend with someone you do not know. 

We still however recommend you meet up with the carers so that you can have any questions answered, and perform your own vetting too.
